
Confederation of African Football (CAF) has released the list of match officials who will handle the various upcoming 2017 AFCON qualifiers.
Uganda will be fixed in a double header against Burkina Faso on match day 3 and 4 with the first game to be played in Burkina Faso on Saturday 26, March 2016 in Ouagadougou 4 About and the return leg in Kampala in three days time.
Burkina Faso vs. Uganda Cranes Match Officials:
Caf has assigned Egyptian referees to handle Uganda’s first leg tie. Ghead Grisha will be the man in the center and will be aided by Tahssen Abo El Sadat Bedyer and Ahmed Taha Hossam as first and second assistants in that order while Mahmoud Zakria El Banna is the fourth official for the tie.
Jammeh E.K Bojang from Gambia has been assigned the match commissioner’s duty.
Uganda is currently leading group D with six points from Botswana and Comoros wins while Burkina Faso is second on three points. The team which will accumulate more points in each group qualifies direct to the 2017 Africa Cup Of Nations to be held in Gabon.
