President Yoweri Museveni together with the First Lady, Janet Museveni, have Wednesday afternoon received the UK State Minister at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Baroness Joyce Anne Anelay who called on them at State House, Entebbe.
The British High Commissioner to Uganda, Peter West, accompanied Baroness Joyce Anne Anelay.
Baroness Joyce Anne Anelay’s portfolio as Minister in the UK Government includes, among other responsibilities, the UN’s international organizations, peacekeeping, climate change and international energy security policy.
