Rugunda said this morning that all the opposition parties that are registered in Uganda are fully represented and participate in the programs of the forum and that they are all working harmoniously.

“It’s not true that the opposition parties left the national consultative forum, no party has even threated to withdraw or withdrawn from the National Consultative Forum” he said.

Meanwhile, speaking at a meeting of the National Consultative Forum at Royal Suites Bugolobi, all the political parties in attendance pledged to work hand in hand with the new electoral commission chairman Justice Simon Byamukama and his team.

On his part, Justice Byamukama urged all the political parties to look ahead and also consolidate the gains realized before him.
