After threatening to sue Mark Zuckerberg, the C.E.O of the $250billion Facebook yesterday, city lawyer Fred Muwema has turned the heat on more Facebook and Whatsapp users.
Muwema says he is preparing a law suit against social media users who have been spreading “malicious propaganda” about him, among them the elusive Tom Voltaire Okwalinga, who state operatives to this date have failed to capture.
Yesterday, Mr Muwema wrote to the US based Facebook proprietor demanding that he releases the identity of Okwalinga and deletes his account, or be held accountable.
Okwalinga recently made claims on his account that the lawyer had sold out his client and former Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi to government in a Shs 900 million deal.
Currently, Counsel Muwema is seeking after two other social media users who he claims have been spreading similar information.
These have been identified as Ongo Dear, and one Ronald Kaboyo.
These Muwema says have been sharing a write up titled “Fred Muwema” “which is part of the propaganda against me.”
In the post, the duo apparently claims to have emails and bank information supporting payment of the said Shs.900million and another 200million.
These further allege that Muwema signed terms of reference with one James Kajojo who works at State House.
The lawyer wants the two to produce these materials to him immediately, “either in person or at my office.”
